People often choose to come to Tai Chi with two different intentions:

The first is to attend a gentle excercise class that can benefit you health and fitness wise without necessarily engaging in a long-term process of learning Tai Chi and its forms.

The second is to engage in the long-term process of learning Tai Chi forms and its underlying principles.

I recognise and appreciate these different motivations and structure my classes to cater for both intentions.

If you are looking to begin Tai Chi, get a flavour for what it's like, or simply to follow along, then the Beginners course on Thursday evenings is probably your best choice, or alternatively the Saturday morning class in Alice Park.
